How to set various parameters of the servo motor?

1. Preparation before setting up the servo motor driver.

a. Connect the neutral wire and live wire to the L1 and L2 terminals.

b. The UVW of the motor’s three-phase power supply is connected to the UVW on the drive correspondingly, and E is connected to the FG terminal. (With

The label shall prevail when connecting, and the UVW line cannot be judged by the line color. )

c. Put the bottom line in the same line and make sure that the bottom line is connected to the ground, so as to avoid interference and cause the motor to run unstable and communicate.

The letter is abnormal.

d. Connect the encoder cable to the encoder interface to ensure that the wiring is secure.

e. Pay attention to the gap on the wiring port when plugging in the 485, do not use it to avoid damage to the interface.

2. Function description of each key:

CTL/MON: Press this key, the drive can switch between control operation mode and monitoring mode.

PAR/ALM: Press this key, the drive can switch between parameter modification mode and fault display mode.

FWD: In the keyboard control mode (F039 = 0), the forward rotation control key is valid.

REV: In keyboard control mode (F039 = 0), the reverse control key is valid.

Up key: Increment of data or parameter code.

Down key: Decrement of data or parameter code.

STOP/RESET: Stop or reset button.

RD/WT: Read and write keys.

3. Equipment test:

a. Ensure that the power line, encoder line, and three-phase cable are connected under no-load conditions, and then turn on the power;

b. Set F001 to 0.1, F002 to 0.1, and F141 to 101;

c. Press the CTL/MON key, then click FWD and REV to control, and observe whether the speed is stable

It is displayed on the set value of F000. If it is stable, the range of the displayed value is within the range of F000 parameter ±1.

There is no abnormal noise in the expansion and contraction of the screw rod.

(Note: The above control method is valid when the drive has not been used. Setting this parameter is effective.)

4. Parameter setting.

4.1. Parameter setting before running:

a. After the drive is powered on, press the PAR/ALM key to enter the parameter setting mode.

b. Press the UP key to modify the parameter code. At this time, press the STOP/RESET key to change the parameter code to be modified.

c. Then set F095 = 0, F096 = 1, press the PAR/ALM key twice, and then press STOP/RESET

d. Communication parameter setting, set F120 to 3, F121 to 3, F122 to 0, and F123 as the servo motor
